There are 5 versions of the National Anthem in Spanish. The first one dates to 1919 and comes courtesy of the US government. It's at :

All 4 are very respectful translations of the original, some better and more complete than others. I will concede your point only in regards to the newest translation, the one Michelle and ST allude to (the 5th version), but there's no way any of you can say that there's no place for a Spanish version as the government already rendered this point moot in 1919.
