Really enjoyed this mixtape too. I had been hearing really interesting stuff from Blaqstarr (who I pretty much didnt know anything about before late last year) and wasn't the least bit disappointed by this tape.
I'd also have liked to hear more from Rye Rye herself, although she did do a nice job as hypeman/cheerleader, which I sometimes feel like is the most you can do on certain baltimore club tracks.
Blaqstarr's 'We make it good' mix that Brandon linked to on the same post was pretty great as well.
Do you by any chance know any other notable album or compilation stuff from Blaqstarr? I know I'll definitely being digging into his catalogue soon.

He had two great tracks ("Stuntastic" and "Get Off") featured on the Fear and Loathing in Hunts, Vegas and 10 Deep mixtapes, both produced by Diplo but still sticking pretty close to his aesthetic. I could send them to you if you wanted.
He also produced the new Rye Rye song, "Bang," which is insanely good and shows off more of her rapping skills than the Blaqout tape.
I've never heard his Supastarr EP but I'm sure it's good.
