Gravatar i've heard that's a good book - i think dr. pyne really likes it. buerger has issues with it, so it must be good.


Gravatar It is a very interesting read. Regardless of the side you take you have to interact with it I think. At the very least, it takes the Bible at face value and doesn't try to "get around" the text. It's assumption is just in how you interpret what it says (a "redemptive" hermeneutic.

And yes, Pyne does like it. He spent a class period arguing the thesis of the book.
