The Theological Ruminator

Gravatar Without notes, huh? It does seem funny. But like you said, you'll have to focus more on content than delivery.

I guess one positive side is that if you focus enough on memorizing the content and bathe it in prayer, maybe it will just sink into your heart and delivery will flow forth in a more natural fashion.

I would keep going here, but I'm listening to some idiot sing horribly over the phone on the radio, and it's quite distracting.

Gravatar I've finished writing it now and am at the point where I think, "I could do better... but that's all I can do for now." I hate that point but I always seem to get there somehow. I know some of my main points aren't as sharp as they could be. I feel my illustrations are only mediochre. My transitions are so-so. But that's that.

Now for the rehearsing...

Gravatar When I'm coloring my illustrations I usually use regular ochre or semi-ochre. Actually, I'm not even sure what medi-ochre looks like.

Good luck (providence?) on your presentation and your explanation of colors.

Gravatar Yeah, break a leg.

I normally buy my full-ochre in concentrated form. That way I can add as much water as I want to shade accordingly. I can get a really nice medium ochre out of it, and it even fits in a squirt bottle and works great as a touch up paint for those pesky door-frame dings.

Gravatar Boy, you guys are tough critics when it comes to spelling. I spelled mediocre, looked at it for a second, thought, "that looks funny," decided it didn't matter much on my blog ("my friends are gracious..."), and went on. Obviously you merely like to make fun of me.

Now my insecuritis virtulle garantea I well skrew up mi presantation tomorow.

Gravatar I'm sure you'll do fine.

Gravatar Ah, quit being a glass-half-full guy, Eeyore! At the very least, you'll never forget how to spell "mediocre!"

Gravatar Roy - I have now reclassified you as a "mediochre" friend.

Gravatar Actually, I'm more of a pasty-white. That's why we need Matty around.
