yep, happy days indeed yet the democrats need to tread so carefully... they've inherited a snake-pit and need to extricate themselves from this as elegantly and eloquently as possible...

i sincerely hope the reagan revolution has been overtaken by reality this time, laid to rest on the pyres of historical disengagement as becomes the best and the worst our civilisation can produce... the people of the united states and the world at large deserve better than the socio-economic nightmare of the last twenty-five years...

oh, and choosing rammstein was an excellent move... i love'm :D

All too true. We have to make real progress or be blamed for the failures. I'd be glad to see Reaganomics finally abandoned, but there are still so many true believers. They can't be convinced regardless of the evidence. Then there are the ones that use these islands of low taxes as ways to cheat the system, and tell the believers how great they make everything.
