Wow! I've never seen anyone praise the eminently convincing bourgeois virtues of parenthood while at the same time comparing himself to the Velvet Underground. Is this the metaphysical poets' "yoking together of opposites"? You remain the virtuso even with your senses deranged by the sleepless nights of early parenthood.
