I was diagnosed with fatty liver when I was 26... I could have stood to lose about 50 lbs. I hit the gym and lost 40 and the fatty liver went away. I've gained 10 since them but I'm still ok... Anyway, the good thing about this is, as with most health issues if you catch it soon enough you can do something to mediate or cure it.

Just thought I'd throw my story in there.
