The site has been placed on no access for a few days while we try and get Hughes Net to fix their G11 satellite or at least put us on another bird.

Four days now it's been out and we're back on dialup, which is a roaring 12K. That's right, 12K. We live in the boonies are at the mercy of Verizon wire line.

Until we can get past HughesNet's abysmal Mubai India tech support somehow, we're crippled. I'm ready to scrap the entire affair.

Unfortunately, Wild Blue's footprints are full here, or we would have gone with them to start with.

We'll be reading and commenting, as we've disabled photo downloading to speed things up from a crawl, but will not be posting until we get some semblance of speed again.

WE appreciate your support. Hopefully it won't take long.
