It's really irrelevant. Stimulus money will only last as long as it is spent, but it's the conservative states that will always prosper as only a thriving private sector can bring true prosperity.

Most blue states are union filled holes that don't attract non government jobs anyway and will continue to decline long after stimulus funds are gone.
