Born Again Redneck in the State of Jefferson

What's so nuts about following the constitution? The way Ron Paul was disrespected by the Republican party was reprehensible. While you may not agree with his policies, he is without a doubt one of the most intelligent and honest politicians around. I certainly think that the Republican convention deserves to be protested for their lack of attention to Ron Paul's supporters and for attempting to have him excluded from the debates during the primaries.

I read that some of the mouth-breathers inside the center had MSNBC credentials.

The Ron Paulites are a breed in themselves. I found out recently that this other homeschooling Mom that makes phone calls with me for our Congressman was a Ron Paul supporter. I guess it shouldn't surprise me because she's a little on the odd side.
Then when I was gushing about Sarah Palin's speech to another HS Mom she turned her nose up. I asked her how she couldn't like the speech. Her response was that she didn't think she had enough foreign policy experience. I started listing off all the presidents that didn't have foreign policy experience before they became president. Unbelievable!!
I started thinking about it while I was driving home and it hit me. She has to be a Michael Savage listener, its the only thing that makes sense. I didn't run to my radio fast enough to turn the dial this past week and I heard him bashing Sarah Palin both times.
It all makes sense doesn't it? Ron Paul, Michael Savage=Cynical person that doesn't like anyone who could actually get elected !!
