Very interesting Patrick. My Redneck State of LA was going to go to McCain by an embarrassing margin (even before Sarah the Moose Killer saddled up).
Seriously, I have thought for a very long time that this is going to be a landslide for McCain. I could be wrong, but I truly believe that the actual "voters" in the US will not strap President Hussein around their necks.
I guess we will see.
Patrick, unfortunately anecdotal evidence does not an election make. There are too many tree huggers in Portland and Salem for Oregon to go GOP in this election, though McCain might do better than Bush did.
Wish that it were true, but much like my former WI, it always goes blue and I ended up blue on election day. It's nice to live in incredibly low taxed TN instead.
