Looks like the Greensboro paper is trying to sway an election this year.
I saw in the paper today that Mark Binker's top 5 issues were: the Lottery, the surplus, taxes, min wage, and ethics.
No mention was made of rediculous Health Care costs, current college students paying off their loan by the age of 50, outsourcing of jobs, government controlled gas prices, or the disasterous war in Iraq.
They need new writers, before they can assume the name "news and record"
OK. Have you looked at an FEC report? Apparently you just woke up, or maybe your still dreaming. I'll remember, just like I did with OJ, yeah, and he didn't kill his wife either.
Hi Jay- I think its great you care about getting Miller elected, but Robinson (despite his tone) ain't a crook. And you know what? Neither is Delay. Remember that when he gets exonerated.

Can you tell us more about the N&R not being "interested" in this story? Do you know the extent to which the looked at it and why they haven't reported it?

It is interesting to know that the FEC is so overwhelmed with such cases that they don't have the time to pursue what looks to be cut and dried - handed on a platter - cases.
A minor quibble. However you feel JR might lean, his politics don't show up in the N&R's endorsements from my understanding. Those determinations come from the editorial board, of which he is not a member.
