Folks like Earl Jones and Skip Alston are elected by their district, which is a strong Democratic district.

Those seats will go Democratic everytime, so it is up to the African American community to decide who they want to represent them in the Democratic primary.

The Democratic Party does not take a position in a primary election. (unlike the Republican leadership? who dragged John McCain through the mud in his 2000 presidential bid, and probably will again in 2008).

A suggestion in 08 to anti-Simpkin PAC people is to help out who runs against their members in the primary. (then maybe money will discontinue to be misused by that group's leadership?, and the African American community in Greensboro will have an opportunity to grow)

And maybe we will even have a civil rights museum.

Gravatar Ummmm that should read "or at at least NOT for"

Rather big ooops there. Telling? I hope not!

Gravatar Oddly, I am with you on V Robinson.
Wierd dude to say the least.

But please, tell me what makes Earl Jones such a good Rep and someone the Dems can be proud of?

Once again Republicans and Independants prove that we can and will vote against or at least for a bad candidate but the Dems just cant pull the trigger.
