Gravatar Can't ask for much more than that from a 3 year old! Wow!

Gravatar Nice work! Thanks for stopping by! I see that you have a Google search bar...I'll search from your site and help out!
Kids are amazing aren't they? This one was so brave!

Gravatar When I read, "Look what happened to my dinger" I was afraid it was another body part, a little further south than the finger, that had been badly injured... glad all was well in the end!

Gravatar Absolutely darling story!

Gravatar Mitchsmom, I thought she was very brave for her age!

Gravatar Tiesha, thanks for contributing to the cause. It's quick and painless! I thought she was brave as well. I wish they all were like her!

Gravatar Lisa, that's funny because I didn't think about it possibly being another important body part!

Gravatar children are amazing. sadly, we always underestimate them. good thing, they easily forgive us

Gravatar Like Lisa, I thought it was going to be a different body part also. I was relieved when her dinger was her finger.

She was very brave for 3 years old.

Gravatar hi,this is eri from japan.
Actually I changed my URL.
So, if you don't mind would you add to your bolog my new URL? Thanks.

Gravatar This story has special meaning to me since I just completed a Child Development course. This little girl was so brave. Sounds like she is a little bundle of joy!

I remember my 2 year old daughter falling in the house and having to go to the ER to get her stitched up. I wish we could have been helped by as caring a nurse as you!

Gravatar awe, you totally rock!! Great job!! I'm soooo happy for you! You knew ALL the right things to say!! I'd let you sew up Hunter in a second if needed! ( hopefully he never needs stitches though)

in some ERs i've seen them use LAT on kids (Lido, adrenelin and i forget). It's topical, applied with a cotton ball. numbed the surface first. let it sit for like 20 minutes.

you will be a wonderful first line provider!!

Gravatar Anonymous, I hope that your 2 year old did well during her ordeal with stitches. It can be traumatic! Hang in there with school!!

Gravatar Children never stop amazing me.

Gravatar AW! Thanks Jen! I would hope that I never have to sew him up! Thanks for the kudos!!

Gravatar Hello, just paying a return visit. You asked on my blog how I found yours. I found it via Mad-Den topsites.

Gravatar What a precious story. Reminds me of days in the ER but mine never seemed to turn out like this! ha/ha! Thanks for sharing!

Gravatar Such a cute story! And I thought *my* 3-year old was the only one who had "dingers." hehee

Gravatar Im so glad I found you. I am a nursing student w/ aspirations to go on to be a nurse practioner through the Univeristy of Michigan.

Thanks for the time you put into your blog. I have added you to my blogroll!

Gravatar I thought it was a cute story too Kim!

Gravatar May, we do often underestimate children. They are much more mature than we give credit for most of the time, especially when they are ill..

Gravatar Cathy, I thought she was very brave as well..

Gravatar Cory, I think most scenarios don't turn out like this one. I hope her memory of the day is of lolly pops and bandaids instead of the pain!

Gravatar Barbara, Thanks for the link to my blog! I try to catch up mine around schoolwork. I left a few comments on yours this morning!

Gravatar Intelinurse2b, Keep aspiring for whatever you want and don't let others try to talk you down from your dreams. Thanks for the link!

Gravatar Lord Matt, thanks for letting me know where you found me! It's nice to know that some directories work!

Gravatar Eri, I fixed your link!
