So glad to see that you included the thyroid - my GP and Cardio missed it, but my ARNP is the one that caught it. You folks are wonderful!! It was a duh moment.... I am a medic, I should have known...(blushing).

I'm glad that you found it useful Gilda! I will adding more soon. I'm also glad that your NP caught your thyroid. It's not unusual to overlook our own health issues. The forest for the trees syndrome..
