I hope not Lisa! I think that we all need to remember that we should listen to our body's warning systems.

I know but I'd be the type to think "I'm going to feel sooooo silly when I get to the ER and they laugh at me for thinking my indigestion is a heart attack... + I am too busy, I have all these things to do, I don't have time to go to the ER!

i know this post is old. but that was exactly what i had done last week.
my wife is an er trauma nurse.
midnight: started feeling chest pain, sweating, all the other stuff that you mentioned.
(my wife just finished a 16 hour shift and was in bed)
i thought i should take a tums and an asprin.
pain went away, i went back to blogging.
emailed wife explaining pain.
pain came back and just about knocked me on my butt.
facebook message to wife. did not want to bother her.
noon next day.. wife calls me from ER after reading her emails.
yells and calls me names.
makes me come to ER. i ride motorcycle. (figured she would see i was OK then)
long story short. three day hospital stay..
my wife the nurse is still pissed off.. says email is not EMS..
Be blessed
