Looks like a paper cutout of a U-2. The farm looks like it had a short strip for ultralights but the Xs on either end indicate you're not supposed to attempt a landing there because the runway's unsafe. Looks like the taxiway has been converted to a firing range. But I like the little American flags on the wings of the cutout spy plane. Nice touch.
