Gravatar It's funny how sometimes lots of life/family events all happen at the same time isn't it?

Those little socks are so cute in that yarn - did you add the stripes yourself or did the yarn do it for you? It's a lovely one for summer.

The yarn you chose for your Clapotis really suits it...and I've not got one of those either. I made one ages ago for my daughter but the one I started for me sadly just didn't work with my yarn choice.

Gravatar Wow you do have a lot going on! But there is definitely something to be said for a short commute, good for you!

I love the socks - the colors, the stripes, the cuff - what a perfect combo.

And no, you are not the last person to knit a Clapotis - I have one barely started that is sadly neglected, because I am apparently the only one who can't grasp the jist of the pattern ...

Gravatar Wow, you really have been busy! Congratulations on the new job! And the anniversary too! Are you taking a little vacation before changing jobs?

Very pretty Clapotis! And the socks are adorable!

Gravatar Nope you are definitely not the last one to make a Clapotis...I haven't make mine yet. I will be starting mine soon though.

Congratulations on your Silver Anniversary!! And WOW...changing workplace after 26 years... I don't blame you though because there is nothing like working close to home.

Gravatar Oops I forgot to say I love your Clapotis the colours are gorgeous.

Gravatar I thought you were the one who made clapotis type scarves way back when. The genuine article looks lovely. A new job - wow that will be a change! Will we see you Thursday night?

Gravatar You have been busy! Good luck with the new job. You will soon be a spoiled non-commuter.

And I've never made a Clapotis. I refuse to make a project I can't identify. Is is a shawl? A scarf? A hammock for ferrets? I just don't get it.
