It's definitely disturbing to me to see Bush so giddy without a care in the world, all over the world, during the last two years of his horrid presidency. I think that video pretty much captures it for me, especially when he's in Brazil with Laura and Condi. You can tell that both ladies aren't comfortable - in a wallflowerish way - trying to let go and have a good time, but not George. He truly looks happy like he doesn't have a care in the world. It shouldn't make me laugh at all (not unlike Matt's video shouldn't draw a tear), but it does.
