Gravatar PR practitioners should put more effort into setting better objectives, that way it will be easier to measure whether a campaign was a success or not. Theer's no one-size-fits-all solution.


Gravatar I also have a lot of experience with these clients and have used many cool measurement tools that took almost no money. For instance, using different contact e-mails or addresses with communications. There are also some great tools like Survey Monkey and Zommerang that I have used with great success.

Good point about the inexpensive measurement tools ... those can be useful and I think a lot of PR folks just don't utilize them enough.
