Thanks for the vote of confidence.
So what's on next year's agenda? I envision informal "Breakthrough Blog" sessions where a different blog host poses a question every week or two, perhaps on a business problem, and asks for input via comments from the other session participants. Borrowing from forums and wikis, these sessions would have potentially greater reach than forums alone and would be conducted within a more structured environment than wikis. Something to think about.
