Okay, some directions on texting for us old people that still use e-mail? I have the right harware, it's the software (my brain) that is missing the info.

Not sure I can explain exactly how to text since it's different on every phone. But go to your menu or message button, and click "text" or "send text."

In the "to" section, type in 78247 (q-t-a-g-s).

In the message section, type in NYPD an hit send.

You'll get a reply back in seconds.
