It would be more helpful if she'd address legitimate concerns such as the faulty logic associated with the cancellation of the security contract and then spending 16 times the amount on cameras and call boxes which are by the way not terribly intuitive to use apparently. My wife, who admittedly is not terribly technically oriented, tried to figure out how to use them the other day and could not.

But the real question is why METRO needed security guards to begin with since they already had a police force that was formed specifically to address security at park and ride lots.

I agree ... I think the blog is off to a weak start with stories about hugging busdrivers and basically a post about how rude customers can be.

I'll give it some more time but there needs to be some meat there soon.
