the problem here, as I see it, is that you can not deny an American citizen due process. If this man is a citizen, as your post implies, then he is to be dealt with like Timothy McVeigh. No matter what the President says...the Constitution guarentees the protection of law to citizens...
Sounds like a close replay of the Mike Hawash incident. Everyone lept to his defense. Heck, even I wrote a letter to my congressman asking that he released. I was so convinced the govt was wrong.
Ultimately Hawash confessed to funding and aiding the Taliban and going to terrorist training camps. The whole country got gamed by that bastard.
Muslims lie. The Koran permits, indeed encourages them to lie when dealing with infidels. Deception is part of the strategy. Anyone who has read the Koran(cover to cover), as I have, knows this.
