You should have seen a customer satisfaction survey appear in this window as you left our website (as mentioned in this pop-up box). We wanted to show these surveys to users who used the site as they exited Zillow -- but due to the popularity of pop-up blockers, most customers would not have seen it so, this "intro" pop-up appears shortly after you enter the site and allows us to show the exit surveys to most users. It's a workaround to get at the data we need for this research initiative.

This project is almost complete and is 3rd party technology so you probably won't bump into it on Zillow again.
