A few follow-up points:
- I agree that the ability to add multiple twitter accounts is necessary. For now, the way we're dealing with this for our company BuzzStream account is we've created a separate user called \"Corporate Twitter Account.\" You can create a separate user for each account you want to add.
- Grouping by client is also something that's coming (hopefully by the end of the summer).
- There's a way to delete notes. You can view all the notes that have been added from the dashboard. If a tweet comes in that you don't want added, just click on it and you'll be taken to the Note details. You can delete it from there.
- As far as your feeling about link building...we agree. Our experience has been that the type of link building that actually gets results look a lot more like the PR that you do than the link gaming techniques you sometimes see. The best way to get links is through relationships and by providing content that's relevant and valuable to their readers.

It's worth checking out.
