Yes, quite. Ahem.
One Must Remember, (musn't one) that when one "Subsumes", one puts the "subs" back in front of "u" and "me" (or "mes", as it were, so to speak.)
[Harrumph.] Yes, quite, etc., etc.
Indubitably.
Well, enough said on that subject, eh? Bob's your Uncle and all that. Let bygones be bygones, I say. Water under the bridge. Must not dwell on the past, if you know what I mean.
[Harrumphh.]Quite.

Tim Tully's lab. Fucking Nightmare. Dropped out of science and did 2 years in the desert (DPW/Black Rock City) to get that place out of my head. Now I'm growing protein crystals and shooting x-rays at them on an island in Puget Sound, pretty much 9 to 5, happy as a sea otter.
I like Karl. Agressive(teutonic?), but has a great dry sense of humor. Also love Grisha Enikolopov. Jerry Yim was my committee chairman and personal savior.
Loved Leemor Joshua-Tor's short skirts.

Now I'm growing protein crystals and shooting x-rays at them on an island in Puget Sound, pretty much 9 to 5,
Aren't we all, aren't we all.
I remember back in Ought-1 I was shooting laser at crystals in Puget Sound when a particularly funny thing happened to me. As I shot the laser, I happened to notice a butterfly and I watched it's slow, graceful, yet erratic movements. I got lost in a daydream. As I was staring and daydreaming, all of a sudden, a guy walks up to me and says "It was a 3D show!"
Ah, those were the days.
Anybody else got any good shootin-lasers-at-crystals-in-the-Puget-Sound stories?
