I remember one time back in '93 when I was blindfolded and solving differential equations on top of my drawing of the molecular structure for a buck a piece. People around started laughing, so I took off my blindfold to see what was so funny. It seems part of my equation caused the mitochondria to appear more than twice the size they should have! Oh we laughed about that for hours.
Those were the days.

I get blindfolded sometimes too and it frequently involves pie, but honey boys, it does not involve any equations of the scientific nature.

All the science I deal with these days involves potassium metabisulfate, potassium sorbate, SO2, acid blends (including malic, tartric, and citric - as well as traces of HCl, lactic, and acetic), specific gravity, pectic enzyme, CO2, and all other good things like that.
