My dear sir, didn't your team just give up 21 to the Bears? The Chicago freaking Bears! How in the name of Kyle Orton's shaggy face do you expect the Seahawks to limit themselves to that same paltry sum? Weren't you watching the NFL this season? Criminy! (whatever that means...)
Citizen K, while that's true that we let the Bears score 21, we also shut out the Giants, who I believe had the 2nd highest scoring offense on the season*.
But I like the way you keep changing your rationale as to why the Seahawks will win.

I don't get it. What's my rationale? That the Seahawks' offense is vastly superior to the one that just put up 21 points against your defense--and Peppers was playing, for pete's sake! How much worse is it going to be Sunday when Dr. J (Dr. Peppers?) won't be there to pressure Hasselbeck? You know Walter Jones will take care of Rucker, so who's going to provide the pressure? Hasselbeck will have all day to pick your weak spot--the defensive secondary--apart. Good luck!
Or how about this rationale? Matt Hasselbeck is way better than JD. Playoff performance be darned, this year Hasselbeck is just superior. He finished fourth in overall rating, just behind Ben "The Deity" Roeth..., while your man was a distant 12th--(Hey, the "12th Man"--I like it!)--10 points back of the Seattle signalcaller. Despite the "amazing abilities" of Steve Smith boosting JD's numbers, Hasselbeck still passed for the same amount of touchdowns as did he, while hucking almost 50% less interceptions and outdistancing JD in yardage. I see the matchup at quarterback (as if they ever went head to head...) as being won by Hasselbeck, especially so as the game is in Seattle, so JD has to deal with the 12th Man factor.
