WHAT?! I hope they're footing the bill! I hope there's nothing badly wrong with the place - like if you do nothing your ceilings won't be falling down or anything?
They found some stuff in a neighbor's flat that they decided they need to fix in ours. The irony is, they found that stuff in the neighbor's flat WHILE they were fixing ours in January...yet never fixed it. So why are they now coming back a second (third, really) time????? It's so fucked up.
