You talkin' to me? Go ahead, make my day.

Gravatar Go you is right. Man! I am totally impressed.

Gravatar Beautiful pics. I have enjoyed hearing all about your trip. But wow... you are brave!! I would not.. could not.. do that!! (the tent camping that is, hehe!) Nah, seriously, rafting..scares me! Glad you had fun!!!

Gravatar You make it sound fun! I'm terrified of becoming trapped under the raft - in water!

Gravatar Karla!

I am thrilled - love the blog... awesome to read about life in Norway for someone of my age!

I plan to lurk a bit... I found you from Northern Natterings and Irish Nomad in Norway. Long and short is that I was a once upon a time utvekslingstudent at NLH and kept in touch with friends... and am now a nurse which may be a way to find work over there, and actually make it through the rigors of Work Permits etc. So... all things going well, am hoping hoping to move in a bit over a year. It may take two. But, I console myself by reading blogs like yours and planning vacations to visit friends!

(I was afraid to put my email in for fear it would publish, not to be antisocial!)

Looks like y'all had a grand wet time on the rafting trip!

Lynne

Gravatar Woo hoo is right! Good on you, girl, for everything! I'm totally impressed that you mastered the rafting and ended up having such a great time. I'm with Michelle and Tracy---rafting looks SCARY.

Gravatar Lynne welcome. You can put your email address, it doesn't show in the comments.....I bet you won't have a problem getting a work permit, they need nurses!

Gravatar Well here's hoping!! Thank you!

Gravatar Very nice photos.

We rafted the New River (W. VA.) years ago and had a kayaker/photographer zooming ahead of us to take action shots and video. We were having a drought at the time and our photos lack the sense of action yours have.
