They have this "first time home buyer" thing where you can get 100 % financing, but they've gotten really restrictive with those - including age limit. The commune can also provide a starter loan, but again, that has loads of requirements. Good luck!

Give me a couple of years to get my bachelor's and master's degrees and I'll be hitting you up for that rental--the only place besides UT that offers a PhD in Women's studies is University of Oklahoma and I needn't tell you that I'd rather have a colonoscopy with an old Poloroid.
Good luck finding good renters. People like me, who actually fix stuff themselves instead of calling the landlord every 5 minutes, take care of the place like it's their own and pay the rent on time every month, are hard to find.
