Well thought out post. It's very simple. If you take the money away, you take away the power. And power in the wrong hands can destroy society, as it does now. I wrote paper in college on this topic in 1977. Yes, I'm that old. I have never used drugs or smoked. It just doesn't make sense to me. But, neither does our drug policy.
