I do love about this short the way it has taken over the aesthetic of Alfred Hitchcock’s “Rear Widow” that your hear a music from somebody’s apartment in the background with a very distinct way of remoteness you find only in “Rear Window”. This remoteness was intended to show you, that it is not just film-music forming a background, but it was explained by the remoteness to be coming from somewhere i.e. somebody’s apartment. This certain sound effect is remembered here. And I must admit I do like Jennifer. Great work, thanks Robb.
