In Korea it is all about the kimchi. There is no life without kimchi. Kimchi is fermented cabbage and red pepper paste.
I hate kimchi.

What, that's not your photo in the profile? I was going to compliment you on the nice rack.

Kimchi is some good stuff... Well not all 150+ kinds of it but the "standard" kimchi is a good side dish.
Rice+Kalbi+Kimchi= good meal. Kim is also a good addition to a meal.
I was a more healthy eater in Korea than I am in America. I actually ate veggies there (mainly via kimchi and bibimbap).

That's funny. My mom's dog used to eat better than us. She's a restaurant manager and would bring home leftover tri-tip for our basset hound.

oh, trying to finish off the last food in the pantry before a move is now making me nostalgic. I haven't moved in over 5 years now and suddenly I'm missing it...

One of my favourite snacks is toasted garlic bread with spaghetti sauce on it. It's really tasty!
I'm actually going through the same thing that you are -- I'm moving in two weeks and I'm starting to run out of groceries, but I really don't need more stuff to find boxes for and I don't really have the extra cash. It's amazing what you can dig out of your freezer and make into a meal, though LOL
