Dak galbi is pretty easy to make. it is one way I satisfy my Korean food urges when they arise.
Now I admit that I'm not up to speed on all of our cultural differences, but spam in stir fry? Are you in a Korean trailer park (no disrespect if you are)?

Well, on a bit of the bright side, Singapore is a food paradise. 
Maybe you'll find some nice food you like here. Currently it's bright and sunny here too so that'll be good for you.

Micah...it's spam or hot dogs or something like that. Keep in mind this is a country that gives out Spam gift sets during Christmas. Well, sells anyways. I'm not sure if any are actually exchanged, however.
But I think you might be on to something: I think out of all the Asian countries, Japan is the cooler older cousin you had growing up, Singapore is the stodgy patriarch of the family, Thailand is your uncle that is a bit zany, and Korea is like that family member you don't like to talk about when the rest have gathered over the holidays. So maybe it's not the hub of Asia, but its trailer park. Hm...
So Spam is the Asian fruitcake?
It is the gift that keeps on giving, for sure. As in prime candiate for a regift!
