If he is into you, he will let you know, unless he is incredibly shy, then he will need some sort of signal from you that it's ok to proceed.

So next time you're out, just drop a hint that maybe you would be willing to meet and have coffee...and this is a hint for a man, so say something like "let's get together sometime and have coffee"...and then let him set the time and place...he'll know your interested and if he's interested he'll get the hint.
