No, I'm not really throwing this word around and I'm not in the "Give that 4 year old Ritalin" camp. I am soooo sure that at least a couple of my students, who if they were in a Western country, would be considered hyperactive, but in Asia, things like that are ignored. There are no special ed classes/training here.
