i loved the story. yes, it's the only time you men can get away with so many lies so easily. if you have a wedding site, you should do a he said/she said version of this. congratulations again "i'm so excited for you both" - haha! the italics were funny - i'm surprised you didn't just italicize "she said yes."
I was going to do bold instead of italics, but for some reason bold comes up in black text on my blog and therefore invisible. I'll need to fix my formatting soon. My blog is in desperate need of a new look.
