In this way, the Apostolic Constitution seeks to balance on the one hand the concern to preserve the worthy Anglican liturgical and spiritual patrimony and, on the other hand, the concern that these groups and their clergy will be integrated into the Catholic Church.

This seems to offer some hope that one day there will be Anglican Rite Catholics in our midst. It would be interesting enough that a process has been put together to welcome whole congregations into the Church. But when one considers that a whole system is also being put together to bring Anglican clergy into the brotherhood of priests, it shows that this is a long term process which should (Lord willing and the creek don't rise) lead to the full acceptance of all Anglicans/Episcopals into full communion with the Church.

Now ... I wonder how discussions are going with the Lutherans?
