Planned chaos, I love it. Now, since I have very few assets, and since I'm a cancer survivor and my treatments and CT scans quarterly cost a hell of a lot, I'll be absorbing the "monies" at about twice the normal rate. So, do I get twice the credit when it all comes crashing down?

This could actually work -- except it denies basic human nature. Humans WANT to produce. They WANT to be productive (except for liberals, of course) -- so it will be VERY, very difficult for most of us to quit and do nothing.
The theory is sound but you fall into the trap of believing that the Socialists will learn. If the well documented failures of Communism & Socialism demonstrate is that 100 million murdered and social breakdown to 3rd world poverty mean nothing to a Lefty.
