Walking Circumspectly

Gravatar Kristen,

This is absolutely beautiful. This is exactly why those that know Him, cannot enter His presence, nor speak His name without being reduced to tears. Beautifully written and so very true.

Gravatar Beautiful, mind-boggling words indeed. Thank you for sharing this reminder with all of us. I love your last sentence "I am thankful that He is who He is, even while I am everything I am."

Gravatar God is fully aware. How do we forget that?
Cling to that promise - it will buoy you during these early months!

Gravatar "Amazing, unfathomable mercy"-- how very true that is, and so humbling.

I love the last verse of the passage you posted ("He shall feed His flock like a shepherd...")

Praying that he will gently lead and carry you through these weeks and months of adjustment and awesome change!

II Corinthians 12:9
"And He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.'"

Gravatar You have a way with words

Gravatar Doesn't she? Kristen, when are you going to write a book?

Gravatar Once again, you have written a beautiful post!

I was given the thinking blogger award, and I am passing it on to you. And you are soooo deserving of it! There is information about it on my blog. www.homeschoolblogger.com/aligirl

Ali

Gravatar I gave you the award too! I tried to email you, but I don't think it worked

You'll see it in my blog archives.

Gravatar You have nailed it.....Stand firm, stand strong, keep on keeping on..Your words are an inspiration to me. I am a dad of 4 kids, you are blessed. I love my Lord, I love my wife, I love my kids.

you have put into words what I have thought many times..

Gravatar Beautiful! When I had to get up every 2 hours round the clock to feed my premature son, this verse not only helped me through those times, but gave me a chuckle as well.

Proverbs 31:15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household...

Gravatar I remember when Keith was just newborn being wowed & comforted that God will gently lead me too.

Ya, it's amazing how many things I do are out of self-interest & what I'll get from it. God has been shaping me in this lately. I want to love others more deeply & spend more time looking for ways to do that rather than time for me.

I've been checking for pictures occasionally.. hoping to see some of your almost 4-monther! Share the cutie, I say!! Many mothers, including me, have resorted to 'photo-posts' where the main thing is only a photo.. due to busyness. : ) & its the most fun thing to share & still speaks volumes of your life & the sweet one you've been caring for.

Joy & peace to you. **

Gravatar Kristen - I think of you often and hope all is going ok. We miss you and hope to see some pictures of you and your little one sometime!

Sallie
