Cynical thought: what if her brazenness marks her the most forthright person in the Federal Government?
Smitty -- strangely enough I'd be happier if she'd just be honest about where she stands. Lying about your true beliefs in an attempt to get to the Supreme Court seems the ultimate in hypocrisy. Few institutions in our society have the needed respect to govern our system -- and the Supreme Court is one of them.
