Your suggestion of abolishing the Payroll Tax is quite an aberration in my view. I would prefer solely the introduction of a heavy hydrocarbon tax like it is done here in Europe.

Since I'm not an American, this kind of decisions is obviously left to you. But take care on such strong measures.
