Really impressive. I think y'all have it figured out. The problem has been disected N different ways, and each comes up with approximately the same answer.
It's hard to imagine this many calculations being far from the mark. No doubt the CIA has made similar analysis.

Really very nice. You might want to edit fig 8 to remove the "fig 6" put on there by JL, just to disambiguate the reference.

I agree, the fact that the Hubbert Linearization and the Parabolic Fractal law approach produce almost the same estimates is a significative result and confirm that we have entered the tail portion of the Parabolic Fratal Law where new production will come from increasingly smaller oil fields.
