Thanks very much for these data. They're really useful. I've just got into the linearization game myself and had to pick points off a graph by hand and extrapolate back prior to 1930 by fitting an exponential to 1930-1970.

Likewise, thanks for this data. I like to dabble with the numbers and cross-reference with other (seemingly) unrelated things (such as gold in my case).
