I went and saw Moon at the festival and really, really enjoyed it, and I was especially surprised by how funny it was. It looked a lot like 2001, but Rockwell gave the movie a real humanity that Kubrick (intentionally) lacked. The last voiceover bit at the very end overcooked it a little bit, but definitely a film worth seeing.

I thought it was a fairly average festival this year, but this is still a lot of good stuff in there. I'm really looking forward to seeing It Might Get Loud next week...

I saw Big River Man the other night too. Amazing that he drank so much alcohol while swimming, no wonder he got delirious after the first 2000 km or so!
Don't give up at 4, there is 10 days to go yet!
