Wow. What a line up. I didn't realise there were so many non-kiwi musicians playing or I may have attempted to get there. Johnny Marr - great. And KT Tunstall has done a couple of excellent albums. Best one is 2004's 'Eye to The Telescope'

I was at the monday night show and it was very cool to say the least! I went to the last ones too back in 01? I was very glad I went again as I nearly didnt as I wasnt sure if it would be the same with out Eddie Vedder but the Wilco boys totally made up for it.

Aw nuts. I'm a complete moron, I totally forgot all about this, even though it was taking place five blocks away from my home on my birthday.
Too many good gigs looking for a bit of attention at this time of year. Oh well, there is always the Big Day Out this week to enjoy....

nice review - my wife almost allowed me the couple thousand it would have cost to make the trip down for this from the middle of the u.s.a. - the first 7WC dvd is a favorite around my house and with the addition of wilco (who i saw with neil young just three weeks ago) this time - just heaven.
cheers
