What kind of vacuum sealer did she get you and are you happy with it?
It's a Foodsaver V3825, so far I've just used the marinating container, will let you know how the bags and heat sealed rolls work out. Pretty happy with the ease of use and effectiveness so far, and it does fit nicely under the cabinets on the counter.
