Gravatar How does the pork fit into the recipe?


Gravatar Hey Stone, sorry about that, I've updated the recipe. Usually I separately cook the pork but in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper, browning it a bit, and then incorporate this into the chile. The combination of the flour and the long cooking time give the chili a good body without using corn starch - it's not thick, but it has good mouthfeel.
